Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across brand, retail, digital, events, partnerships and client engagement, ensuring alignment with global strategy and seasonal objectives.
- Lead regional execution of seasonal campaigns and media plans (digital, print, OOH) as liaison with the global media and merchandising teams.
- Plan, manage and deliver regional brand events and store openings in partnership with HQ events and PR teams; ensure adherence to brand standards, timelines and budgets.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with cultural institutions, thought leaders and local partners to amplify brand relevance and cultural resonance.
- Oversee consistency of brand image, messaging and client experience across all marketing touchpoints and retail activations, including Lease Required Agreement execution support.
- Prepare presentations, post‑event recaps, regional reports and stakeholder communications; liaise with external agencies to ensure flawless delivery.
- Manage budget tracking and reporting for marketing and special projects, and mentor a Marketing Coordinator to support daily operations and professional development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications or brand management within luxury, fashion, retail or lifestyle sectors.
- Demonstrable expertise in integrated marketing, campaign execution, event production and media activation for premium or luxury brands.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently with exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing agencies and cross‑functional collaboration across retail, merchandising and global HQ.
- Track record of developing regional partnerships with cultural institutions and executing initiatives that drive brand desirability.

Eight-plus years of experience in marketing, communications or brand management within the luxury, fashion, retail or lifestyle industries, with a history of leading regional campaign execution, events and partnerships.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; advanced degree or postgraduate qualification preferred.
