Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Pattern Making Manager and style and product office representatives to gather project information.
- Coordinate with the Prototyping team to address and resolve issues, ensuring products meet stylistic requirements and industrial replicability.
- Develop patterns from technical/stylistic drawings and input all necessary technical information into the system for prototype/sample creation, monitoring and updating data throughout development phases.
- Share product development information with Pattern Making colleagues and participate in technical analysis meetings for production fine-tuning.
- Complete model engineering to prepare for production launch phases.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in leather goods manufacturing industries.
- Technical training as a pattern maker or fashion technician (specialized schools/master's in fashion).
