Bottega Veneta seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Shenzhen to drive luxury sales, manage client relationships and deliver personalised service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently exceptional, personalised client experience across the entire buying journey including discovery, product presentation, sales and after‑sales service (returns, exchanges and repairs).
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, clienteling and follow‑up of high‑value prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a proprietary client book: capture client information, manage appointments, and execute tailored outreach to maximise lifetime value.
  • Present merchandise and styling recommendations according to brand standards and seasonal storytelling; ensure product knowledge across leather goods, ready‑to‑wear and accessories.
  • Support omnichannel operations by assisting with online orders, click‑and‑collect, client pickups and post‑sale service coordination.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales staff when required; model brand behaviour and contribute to a collaborative store environment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, stock integrity and housekeeping standards; participate in inventory processes and sales reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales with demonstrable achievement of sales targets.
  • Deep product knowledge of leather goods and luxury accessories or the ability to acquire this knowledge rapidly.
  • Strong clienteling ability with experience managing a high‑value client book and executing personalised outreach.
  • Professional presentation and fluency in consultative selling; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends and peak seasonal periods; flexibility to support omnichannel activities.
