Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience across the entire purchase journey, from product discovery to after-sales service and returns.
- Proactively build, nurture and convert a portfolio of clients through in-person selling and omnichannel clienteling activities (phone, email, messaging).
- Present and merchandise the collection in strict accordance with brand standards and visual guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and upselling.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, manage stock and assist with inventory control and merchandising resets.
- Support omnichannel operations including in-store fulfilment of online orders, click & collect, and seamless client handovers with e-commerce teams.
- Maintain store presentation, loss-prevention procedures and compliance with company policies; escalate client feedback and market intelligence to management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with measurable performance against targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop long-term client relationships and deliver high-touch service.
- Fluent communication skills and polished presentation; cultural sensitivity and discretion when handling VIP clients.
- Ability to work retail shift patterns including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic stock/inventory procedures; aptitude for digital clienteling tools.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury or high-end retail, with demonstrated success in advisory selling, relationship building and meeting sales targets. Prior experience with omnichannel retail processes and VIP client management preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline preferred.
