Bottega Veneta is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in Johor Bahru, Malaysia — drive luxury sales and client relationships for the Kering-owned maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual sales targets by applying the Bottega Veneta selling methodology.
- Deliver an exceptional retail experience through professional greeting, needs assessment, product storytelling and meticulous after-sales follow-up.
- Develop and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Support the Store Manager and learn commercial levers to maximise sales opportunities and client conversion.
- Proactively gather and relay customer feedback on collections and report market intelligence on competitor activity.
- Contribute positively to team performance by adapting to different personalities, sharing best practice and offering peer support.
- Ensure the store interior and exterior presentation consistently meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail (experience in luxury retail strongly preferred).
- Demonstrable initiative, meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation.
- Passion for luxury fashion and enthusiasm for the brand narrative and product heritage.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with a diverse clientele.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, with exposure to luxury or premium retail environments preferred. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or certification in retail, hospitality, sales or a related discipline preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, with easy access to Singapore.
