Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets aligned with company strategy and maximize business potential through effective selling techniques
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers, delivering exceptional after-sales service
- Guide customers through all stages of the buying journey, presenting the collection in accordance with brand standards
- Collect, update, and manage customer information within CRM and Client Book systems for clienteling purposes
