Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative luxury selling techniques.
- Proactively cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse international clientele, including after-sales engagement and clienteling.
- Accurately capture, update and leverage customer data in CRM and Client Book systems to maximise lifetime value and repeat business.
- Manage stock information and execute store transfer requests in accordance with inventory procedures and loss-prevention standards.
- Share best practices and market intelligence with colleagues to foster a high-performing, collaborative retail team.
- Uphold the maison’s service standards and brand presentation at every customer touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a sales professional in luxury fashion or premium retail, with consistent commercial results.
- Demonstrable ability to develop high-value, long-term client relationships across international customer segments.
