Role & Responsibilities

- Share information and best practices to foster strong and harmonious team relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate customer relationships through effective after-sales service.
- Efficiently collect and update customer information for CRM and Client Book use.
- Ensure stock information is current and accurately execute store transfer requests.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
- Ability to build fruitful, long-term relationships with a global clientele.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive outstanding commercial results.
- Adept at multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Previous experience in a sales role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
