Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy and employ effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
- Share information and best practices to build solid and harmonious team relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate customer relationships through effective after-sales service.
- Efficiently collect and update customer information for CRM and Client Book use.
- Ensure stock information is current and accurately execute store transfer requests.
- Embody the company's service values and standards consistently.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
- Ability to build fruitful, long-term relationships with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills.
