Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Represent the Bottega Veneta brand image.
- Create engaging and emotional client experiences, adhering to the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
- Collect and update client information for efficient CRM use.
- Embrace a clienteling culture to build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand luxury, collections, and fashion trends to advise clients on styling.
- Maintain stock organization and monitor deliveries and availabilities.
- Communicate out-of-stock merchandise and other relevant information.
- Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
