Bottega Veneta Client Advisor, London Heathrow. Build luxury client relationships and drive sales in a 6-month fixed-term position within the Kering group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Bottega Veneta collections and share passion for the brand to build strong relationships
- Create joyful, personalized, and memorable client experiences aligned with the Bottega Veneta Client Journey
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through active clienteling, understanding client needs, and providing styling guidance
- Drive sales performance and improve key performance indicators through effective consultative selling
- Utilize multiple technologies and sales channels to enhance client engagement and transactions
- Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines consistently
- Support stockroom duties and maintain operational standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrable understanding of luxury aesthetics and fashion trends

Experience

Education
Secondary education or equivalent; luxury retail training or similar professional development is advantageous.
