Bottega Veneta is hiring a Client Advisor in Las Vegas, NV — hourly $23–$25/hr, commission-eligible retail role reporting to the Store Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignment growth.
- Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and close sales.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships; routinely update and manage client profile records.
- Communicate new collection launches, in-store events and brand initiatives to clients to drive engagement and footfall.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge — technical and inspirational — by engaging with provided training resources.
- Support store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts, light cleaning and basic inventory tasks as requested by management.
- Preserve visual standards: merchandise presentation, signage, lighting and general maintenance.
- Adhere to all company policies and contribute to an environment of dignity, fairness and respect among colleagues.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales or customer-service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs consistently.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills with a track record of building a loyal client base.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts: able to work at least three weekly closings, a minimum of three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, holiday season and annual inventory.
- Capable of standing and moving on the sales floor for extended periods; ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5–8 lbs regularly.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to receive feedback and continuously develop.

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary studies in fashion, retail or a related discipline is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23 to USD 25 per hour.
