Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative, client-focused selling techniques.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with local and international clients, ensuring exceptional after-sales service.
- Accurately collect, update and maintain client information in CRM and the Client Book to support clienteling initiatives.
- Monitor and update stock records, execute store transfer requests and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Share best practices with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing store team.
- Consistently embody the brand’s service values and store standards in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle categories.
- Demonstrable ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with high-net-worth and international clients.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a polished professional demeanour.
- Strong commercial drive with consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Several years of hands-on retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion; a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-value client relationships is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, luxury goods, fashion or related disciplines preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
