Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the in-house production pattern room (modelleria) across multiple product categories and oversee external service providers to ensure timely model preparation and adherence to Bottega Veneta’s quality standards.
- Support the industrialization team and external suppliers during the ramp-up to production for finished RTW items, ensuring technical feasibility and production readiness.
- Attend and lead fittings for normalization and finalization of RTW garments to ensure fit, specification compliance and brand consistency.
- Define and standardize production techniques and material specifications in collaboration with industrialization and supplier partners to guarantee the brand’s required quality levels.
- Collaborate with production advancement and quality control teams to diagnose and resolve technical production issues at supplier sites, safeguarding delivery timelines.
- Coordinate the formalization and structured dissemination of quality standards to external suppliers, maintaining continuous alignment with internal industrialization processes.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years’ experience in a technical/production role within apparel manufacturing, preferably within luxury or high-end ready-to-wear.
- Deep technical knowledge of luxury garment construction, pattern-making and fittings.
- Proven experience managing a pattern room (modelleria) and interfacing with external suppliers and service providers.
- Strong coordination, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Good command of production management systems (gestionali) and Microsoft Office; English language skills are preferred.
- Availability for frequent domestic and international business travel.

Experience
A minimum of 7–10 years in apparel industry roles focused on technical development, industrialization or production engineering, with hands-on experience in pattern room operations, fittings and supplier coordination for ready-to-wear collections.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in garment technical management.
