Bottega Veneta in Trissino, Italy is hiring an RTW Product Compliance Intern to support materials compliance, testing and documentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update material and accessory master data in company systems (PLM).
- Draft and revise technical data sheets and quality documentation for garments and components.
- Monitor laboratory testing status for fabrics, leathers and accessories and compile test results.
- Upload laboratory reports and compliance documents into corporate systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collect, verify and file supplier documentation (certifications, declarations of conformity).
- Coordinate operational follow-up with suppliers and external laboratories as needed.
- Prepare control files and consolidated summary reports using Excel.
- Support document archiving and organisation; assist the tutor in tasks related to material quality, compliance and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or current university enrolment in fashion, textiles, sustainability or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in product quality, materials and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Italian and good command of English.
- Solid interpersonal skills and a collaborative team attitude.
- Analytical problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience
Internship-level role; academic coursework or prior internship experience in product compliance, quality control, materials or related areas is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in fashion, textile engineering, sustainability or related field.
