Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and local adaptation of retail training program initiatives in line with global brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate in-store induction and classroom immersion programmes for newly hired retail staff across the AMER region.
  • Manage logistical arrangements for training (hotel and flight bookings) and follow up on trainee attendance and completion.
  • Provide weekly e‑learning completion reports (EdApp), monitor compliance and support stores requiring assistance.
  • Collect store feedback, best practices and training opportunities; maintain and update the training tools platform.
  • Produce monthly training reports and distribute mystery shopping results with recommended store action plans.
  • Assist in organising the annual training calendar in accordance with local needs and worldwide Training Department directives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university programme and eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.
  • Available to work 32 hours per week (mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and to take initiative when working independently.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for coordinating logistics and maintaining training platforms.

Experience

No specific years of prior professional experience required; interest or previous exposure to retail, hospitality, training or luxury brand environments is advantageous. Prior internship experience or customer‑facing roles will be considered a plus.

Currently enrolled in a university or college programme and able to receive academic credit for a paid internship.
