Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with company values and objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions for retail staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare training materials and resources for various training phases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the retail or luxury sector.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to design engaging and effective training programs. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role within the retail or luxury industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
