- Create and update training curriculum and learning materials for all training phases.
- Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.

- Facilitate workshops and seminars to support employee development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the retail or luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and learning principles.
