Bottega Veneta Retail Trainer, Dubai. Design and deliver training for Middle East retail teams. Reports to Regional Training Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement training initiatives ensuring consistent execution across Middle East retail locations
- Support the Retail Training Manager in deploying corporate training courses covering product knowledge, retail skills, customer service, and mystery shopping monitoring
- Conduct timely induction sessions for all new retail and head office hires
- Review and adapt training materials to align with headquarters standards whilst meeting local market requirements
- Deliver focused training sessions addressing brand, products, selling, customer service, and CRM topics
- Manage all training logistics including material preparation, classroom setup, venue coordination, and IT equipment
- Promote and monitor digital training platform usage, gathering participant feedback and utilization data
- Develop follow-up assessment tools and conduct on-the-job coaching with retail management
- Conduct regular store visits to identify training needs, share best practices, and address immediate improvement opportunities
- Consolidate and maintain comprehensive training records including attendance, evaluation metrics, and program documentation
- Prepare and deliver training-related reports to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with Retail Training Manager, HR, and store management to identify and analyze training needs
- Develop and update the annual training schedule based on field observations and team feedback
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of training experience in retail or consultancy
- Demonstrable expertise in facilitation and training content development
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
