Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a role model on the sales floor, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales and KPI targets through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
- Execute the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximize transaction value and conversion.
- Serve regularly as Manager On Duty (MOD): manage staff coverage, act as first point of contact for associates and clients, and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
- Coach and develop sales associates through on-floor feedback, product training and reinforcement of clienteling best practices to improve team performance.
- Perform operational store duties including opening/closing procedures, register operation, back-office tasks (merchandise transfers, consolidations), and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Contribute practical ideas in management meetings and autonomously prioritize tasks to support store objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and create an inclusive environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of retail sales or management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs; demonstrated client acquisition and retention skills.
- Strong leadership presence with the capacity to motivate and influence others by example.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a polished professional appearance.
- Availability to work a retail schedule including minimum three closing shifts per week, at least three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the entire holiday season.
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of retail sales or supervisory experience, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail. Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and building a loyal client base.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in retail, business or fashion is advantageous.
