Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the store’s point of reference in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with Bottega Veneta policies, procedures and operational standards across all store activities.
- Support the managerial team to identify and implement solutions that maximise sales opportunities and achieve performance targets.
- Drive sales performance by coaching the team, monitoring KPIs and promoting a culture of accountability.
- Deliver a flawless luxury client experience following the Bottega Veneta ceremonial sales approach and clienteling best practices.
- Maintain boutique organisation and presentation standards, attending to visual and operational details.
- Develop and expand the client database to prolong the Bottega Veneta customer relationship.
- Foster strong, collaborative relations with Client Advisors and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Manage delicate client or staff situations with diplomacy and constructive problem-solving.
- Provide timely, comprehensive feedback and reporting to the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven managerial experience in retail, preferably in luxury fashion, accessories or footwear.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is an asset.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and high standards of store presentation.
- Proactive, initiative-taking attitude with the ability to propose and implement improvements.
- Strong team orientation and the capacity to motivate and support sales advisors.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail; prior experience within a luxury fashion or accessories environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or a degree in retail/hospitality/management is a plus.
