Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales information and KPI performance to identify opportunities and recommend strategies for maximizing sales potential
  • Implement company strategies, policies, and procedures across operational and administrative functions
  • Compile and present performance reports including sales reports, sales targets, HR documentation, and staff-related consolidations in a timely manner
  • Coordinate daily operational and administrative duties to ensure seamless store operations and dissemination of directives to retail locations
  • Administer and maintain operational procedures documentation, including updating and revising standard operating procedures and operational manuals in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor retail store operations including customer complaint resolution, goods transfers, maintenance follow-ups, and uniform and grooming guideline management
  • Oversee retail promotional activities, new product launches, and visual merchandising initiatives; collect and analyze activity results and feedback
  • Manage cost structures for operations and retail departments under guidance of the Retail Head and ensure vendor competitiveness in pricing and service delivery
  • Participate actively in store profit and loss analysis to maintain cost efficiency within the department
  • Design and implement new projects rolled out to retail locations under Retail Head direction and supervision
  • Establish and enforce back-office and stockroom arrangement guidelines; conduct regular checks and follow-ups across stores
  • Collaborate with the Retail Head to regularly compile, review, and maintain the Retail Operations Bible
  • Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned by line manager

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail operations management or similar supervisory role
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for KPI and sales performance analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to compile and present comprehensive performance reports
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
  • Knowledge of retail operations procedures, store management systems, and vendor management
  • Experience managing cost efficiency and P&L analysis
  • Familiarity with promotional campaign execution and visual merchandising standards
