Bottega Veneta Retail Operations Intern in New York; support luxury retail operations at $17/hr, 40 hours/week.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the company professionally in all communications and interactions
  • Communicate weekly memos, store policies, and procedures to retail locations
  • Manage inventory of store tools and materials maintained at the regional office and distribution center
  • Create and maintain the monthly retail operations calendar
  • Develop and implement procedural tools and documentation for stores
  • Coordinate seasonal ordering and distribution of store uniforms and packaging materials
  • Maintain StoreDB address book and contact information accuracy
  • Monitor and track security and alarm vendor lists across store locations
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting on theft, burglary, and security incidents
  • Perform additional ad hoc reporting as requested by senior management

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or Master's degree program
  • Ability to obtain academic credit for this paid internship (mandatory)
  • Available to commit 40 hours per week
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to exercise discretion and handle sensitive information appropriately
