Bottega Veneta Retail Operations Executive in Shanghai. Support store operations, manage procedures, and coordinate retail communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and maintain systems for the retail operations team
- Implement and disseminate company strategies, policies, and procedures to store locations
- Compile and deliver performance reports including sales analytics, target proposals, and staff-related consolidations
- Coordinate daily operational communications and ensure timely dissemination of requirements to stores
- Administer and update standard operating procedures and operational manuals in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support retail stores in daily operations including customer complaint resolution, goods transfers, maintenance coordination, and grooming standard management
- Monitor and track retail activities such as promotions, product launches, and visual merchandising compliance; collect and analyze feedback
- Communicate new projects and initiatives to stores after alignment with the Retail Head
- Oversee back-office and stockroom arrangement guidelines; conduct regular audits and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the Retail Head and Retail Operations Supervisor to maintain and review the Retail Operations documentation
- Execute additional ad hoc assignments as directed by line management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong knowledge of retail systems and understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles
- Excellent written and oral English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel as required

Minimum 3 years in retail operations, with demonstrated experience in administrative support, process management, and cross-functional coordination within a retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree required.
