Bottega Veneta seeks a Ready-to-Wear Retail Merchandising Intern in Milan for six months of dynamic role in luxury fashion retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and business recaps using in-house data systems and advanced Excel
- Cooperate with regional merchandising teams to optimize stock through internal transfers, diversions, and reorders
- Gather and consolidate regional feedback during bi-weekly calls with local merchandising teams to support sales target achievement
- Monitor production delivery schedules and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely collection delivery
- Manage and follow up on daily product shipping and deliveries
- Assist with buying market activities including premarket analysis compilation, master order definition, technical specifications preparation, and post-buying recap analysis
- Prepare presentations and documents for cross-functional team distribution
- Support the team with daily operational tasks and administrative responsibilities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent program
- Fluency in English (Italian appreciated)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams
- Comfortable working in fast-changing and dynamic environments

Experience
Currently pursuing studies in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management or equivalent discipline, eligible for a six-month internship placement.
