Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop retail talent across the four-country network, establishing clear development plans and providing coaching to Store Managers
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales and profitability targets, setting monthly store targets and analyzing performance data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Consolidate best practices and implement retail category strategies to maximize business opportunities and propose targeted incentives
  • Oversee staffing levels across the store network, ensuring appropriate resourcing and managing new hire integration and performance feedback
  • Establish effective communication channels with Store Managers and conduct regular performance management with documented action plans
  • Maintain and elevate Bottega Veneta service standards through education and coaching on client service culture excellence
  • Develop client relationship-building tactics for individual stores and partner with the Client Development Manager to set and achieve CRM KPIs
  • Identify and support local client acquisition initiatives, including events, strategic partnerships, and community engagement activities
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure consistent, excellent service delivery across all locations
  • Uphold visual merchandising, stock accuracy, and operational excellence standards in accordance with global procedures
  • Monitor competitor activity through Mystery Visits and develop strategic networking across the region
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams on product forecasting to align inventory with customer demand

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management at a regional or area level within luxury fashion or comparable premium sectors
  • Demonstrated success in leading multi-store retail networks and managing Store Manager teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
  • Expertise in client relationship management and CRM strategies
  • Deep understanding of visual merchandising standards and operational excellence in retail environments
  • Experience with performance management, talent development, and coaching methodologies

Experience
