Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for retail training sessions, including bookings, scheduling, and materials preparation.
- Maintain and update training calendars and libraries, ensuring accessibility and currency of resources.
- Track and report training performance, managing surveys and generating reports.
- Support CRM activities by producing reports, coordinating materials for projects, and assisting with email marketing operations.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and support store teams with client information for personalized outreach.
- Coordinate logistics for private client events, including fashion shows and seasonal presentations.
- Manage gifting inventories and update client lists, ensuring accuracy and readiness for activations.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable with a strong initiative.
- Collaborative with the ability to build alignment across departments.
