Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in accordance with company strategy and leverage advanced sales techniques to maximize performance
- Share best practices with colleagues to foster team cohesion and operational excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate lasting client relationships through effective after-sales support
- Regularly collect and update client information in the CRM system and Client Book
- Ensure stock information is current and process inventory transfer requests accurately

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury sector

- Strong ability to execute cross-category sales across all product lines
- Fluency in both French and English
- Excellent communication skills
