Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in purchasing activities and management of raw materials and components for footwear products.
  • Participate in the implementation of the Raw Material Quality System and provide training to suppliers for its proper use.
  • Engage directly with suppliers and shoe manufacturers to share information regarding deliveries and material destinations.
  • Prepare specific reports and update purchase progress files and raw material order monitoring.
  • Develop reports, Business Intelligence tools, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Conduct analysis and support activities related to sustainability.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury and fashion sector.
  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Statistics.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with management systems such as Stealth 3000, PLM, Qlik View is preferred. Good command of the English language. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Attention to detail, organizational skills, flexibility, and strong communication abilities. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Experience

1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Statistics.
