Bottega Veneta Purchasing Intern – Vigonza, Italy. Support footwear procurement, supplier coordination, and quality systems in luxury manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support purchasing activities and management of raw materials and components dedicated to footwear production
- Participate in implementation of Raw Material Quality Systems with subsequent supplier training on correct usage
- Serve as primary liaison between suppliers and manufacturing facilities for delivery information and material destination sharing
- Prepare specific reports and update purchasing advancement files with monitoring of raw material orders
- Develop reporting systems, business intelligence tools, and contribute to continuous improvement projects
- Conduct analysis and support activities related to sustainability
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Statistics
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with management systems such as Stealth 3000, PLM, or Qlik View preferred
- Good English language skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and flexibility
