Bottega Veneta in Milan seeks a PR Intern (Curricular Internship) to support global PR, sample management and events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and back‑office support for PR and communications activities.
- Manage the HQ sample set: update statuses in Fashion GPS, process internal sample requests and maintain archive records.
- Coordinate sample requests and shipments for global PR offices for editorials, VIP fittings, dressing, events and press days; maintain shipment tracking and related documentation.
- Update and maintain the global PR editorial requests book and associated tracking numbers on a daily basis.
- Support the Head of PR during fashion shows, including invitation distribution, seating plans and guest hospitality.
- Coordinate talent gifting, seeding and dressing logistics: product sourcing, organisation, legal forms, quality control and shipping.
- Assist in preparing presentations and supporting materials for worldwide communications meetings and ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media or a related discipline.
- Eligible for a 6‑month curricular internship.
- Prior exposure to the fashion product industry or internships within fashion PR is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Fashion GPS.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian language skills are an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, organisational aptitude and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
- Team‑oriented with effective interpersonal skills and good time‑management.

Experience
No prior full‑time professional experience required; relevant internships or coursework in communications or fashion PR are desirable. Previous experience in the fashion product industry is a plus.
Education
Successful or ongoing studies in Communication, Marketing, Media or a related field. Eligible for a 6‑month curricular internship.
