Bottega Veneta seeks a Project Coordinator in Shanghai to support luxury campaigns, retail activations, sample management and events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the project manager in developing and executing project plans for luxury campaigns, product launches, retail openings and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and premium standards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional communication among design, production, marketing, retail, logistics and external agencies to secure timely information flow and decision-making.
- Track project milestones, timelines and budget consumption; identify, escalate and propose mitigations for schedule or cost risks.
- Manage sample logistics: collection, distribution, inventory tracking and returns for displays, shoots and events.
- Organize and participate in project meetings; prepare agendas, record minutes and follow up on action items to ensure delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including briefs, contracts, reports, brand guidelines and quality records in accordance with luxury industry expectations.
- Coordinate on-site execution for events, pop-ups, exhibitions and fashion shows — supporting venue setup, vendor supervision and attention to detail.
- Consolidate basic project data and produce regular progress reports and summary documents for management review.
- Provide daily administrative support and assist with ad-hoc project tasks as assigned by the project manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
- Strong data-driven analytical ability and comfort collating project information.
- Good understanding of the luxury and fashion market.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Learning agility and a growth mindset; willing to take ownership and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within project coordination, brand operations, marketing or retail support is preferred; typically 1–3 years in the luxury, fashion or high-end retail sector is advantageous.
