Bottega Veneta in Milan seeks a Project & Construction Intern to support workplace projects and architectural drawings. Curricular internship (6 months).
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather project requirements through meetings and site visits with internal stakeholders (space, headcount, ways of working, technical needs and furniture).
- Survey and analyse existing spaces, identifying technical and regulatory constraints.
- Support development of layouts and production of architectural drawings and design solutions.
- Coordinate with internal functions (HR, Finance, Facility, HSE) and external consultants to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Contribute to definition of project timelines and preparation of cost estimates for works, furniture and services.
- Provide operational support: coordinate suppliers, perform site inspections, schedule activities and monitor project progress.
- Manage logistics for internal moves and set-up activities, including communications to impacted users.
- Support administrative and documentation tasks such as purchase orders, reporting, meeting minutes, document management and post-completion follow-up.
Qualifications
- University degree or ongoing studies in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
- Eligibility for a 6-month curricular internship.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and under pressure.
- Positive, proactive attitude with flexibility and adaptability.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CAD and Adobe Photoshop.

Experience
Entry-level position; no prior professional experience required. Academic project work, studio experience or previous internships in architecture, engineering or facilities projects are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a university degree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent; eligible for a 6-month curricular internship.
