Role & Responsibilities
- Support model and material coding for collection development
- Coordinate collection boards and manage presentation files for design team meetings
- Assist in creating color cards for Leather Goods and Knitwear teams
- Support daily creation and distribution of collection sample sets
- Manage sample booking, tracking, and logistical coordination
- Provide logistical support for shuttles, business trips, shipments, and warehouse activities
- Source and coordinate archive garments and samples
- Support fitting sessions with models and coordinate thread color matching across product categories
Qualifications
- Strong interest in product development within the luxury fashion industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel
- Familiarity with Stealth and PLM systems
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated agility in problem-solving and collaborative work environments
