Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of assigned VIP, VIC, Made-to-Order, and Special Projects categories within the Ready-to-Wear department
  • Code and classify all assigned styles and manage bill of materials compilation and supplier communication
  • Participate in briefs received from Marketing and Retail Excellence departments to ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Coordinate sketch handovers from Design to Atelier and external suppliers, managing the transition from concept to production
  • Organize and execute all fittings with internal Atelier and directly with international clients
  • Ensure fitting notes are promptly and accurately communicated to Design and Atelier teams
  • Monitor development data and bill of materials to maintain accuracy throughout the production cycle
  • Guarantee prototype delivery within established timelines while maintaining company quality standards
  • Manage prototyping and sampling processes from initiation through final client delivery
  • Maintain and update the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system with accurate data entry, amendments, and ongoing updates

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development within the luxury fashion industry
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access
  • Demonstrated expertise with Stealth and PLM information systems
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proven ability to manage effective relationships with design and merchandising teams
  • Strong organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet demanding deadlines
