- Strategically recruit and expand the Very Important Client (VIC) portfolio through personalized outreach and exceptional service.
- Curate bespoke experiences tailored to individual client preferences, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-touch experience across all client interactions.
- Anticipate client needs and offer innovative, value-driven solutions that exceed expectations.
- Stay informed on luxury market trends and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Palazzo's offerings.
- Maintain consistent One-to-One interactions to deepen trust and loyalty with existing clients.
- Nominate and prepare clients for exclusive brand events, including fashion shows and private previews.
- Leverage personal networks to identify and connect with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) prospects.
- Drive commercial success by converting client relationships into measurable sales results.
- Act as a host of the Palazzo, embodying the highest standards of hospitality and building long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in luxury client development or UHNW client-facing roles.
- Deep knowledge of the luxury market and refined product categories.
- Strong alignment with brand values, heritage, and aesthetic.
