Bottega Veneta seeks a 6-month press and communications intern in Paris (September 2026–February 2027) to support media relations and collection management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate sample shipments and returns through Launchmetrics platform
- Organize and track sample distribution logistics
- Support PR & Communications Coordinator with collection archiving
- Monitor and track media coverage across press, digital channels, and social media
- Compile and format all press clippings and publications
- Prepare weekly and monthly media reports in collaboration with PR & Communications Coordinator
- Handle journalist inquiries including caption, visual, and asset requests
- Maintain showroom presentation standards and inventory management
- Coordinate regularly with Milan headquarters Communications team and international offices (London, New York, etc.)
- Provide daily support to the press office as needed
- Assist with image coordination and press requests
- Initiate and maintain press contact management
- Support Communications team with event coordination and styling requests
- Assist with collection management including inventory, archiving, and packaging
- Perform general administrative duties in support of the press and communications department
Qualifications
- Background in communications or fashion school
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management
- Previous experience in a press office preferred
- Fluent French and English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Launchmetrics platform preferred
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury fashion and design aesthetics
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a press office or communications environment is preferred but not mandatory. Internship or part-time communications roles in fashion or luxury sectors are advantageous.
Education
Degree or enrollment in a communications school or fashion school required. Academic background in public relations, communications, fashion studies, or related discipline is expected.
