Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead local press relations to secure high-impact editorial placements and tailor talent dressing in collaboration with PR agencies and HQ counterparts.
  • Develop and produce editorial-grade press materials — press releases, media pitches and feature copy — consistent with global communication guidelines and brand tone.
  • Identify, onboard and manage relationships with celebrities, content creators and KOLs; coordinate fittings, product seeding and attendance at local and overseas events.
  • Support planning and on-site management for brand events, press days and retail activations, including guest lists, invitations and VIP handling.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc PR performance reports, including media coverage summaries and Launchmetrics MIV analysis; contribute to local PR planning and activation proposals.
  • Supervise showroom presentation and sample inventory in coordination with the Specialist, ensuring alignment with global sample guidelines and timelines.
  • Act as a liaison across internal stakeholders (MD, Retail, CRM, Inventory, HQ) and external partners (press, stylists, agencies) to ensure smooth execution of communications activities.
  • Track and report VIP exposure and campaign effectiveness, and maintain meticulous records of press and talent interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 7–10 years of in-house PR experience, preferably within luxury fashion houses.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Korean.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury fashion landscape and brand positioning.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong resilience, adaptability to change and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality and discipline to meet timelines and deliverables.
