Bottega Veneta — PR & Communications Intern in London. 6–12 month press office placement starting June 2026 supporting sample management and media relations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Press Office and report to the Communications Manager on daily activities for the UK market.
  • Manage sample control and logistics for incoming collections (Spring, Fall, Pre‑Spring, Pre‑Fall), including tracking commercial invoices and chasing unreturned or end‑of‑season samples.
  • Maintain and update sample and media databases using Fashion GPS; ensure departmental records are accurate across UK markets.
  • Collate, format and upload press clippings (print and online); flag missing coverage in the DMR tracking system to the Press Officer.
  • Respond to daily press requests from UK and franchise magazines (images, credits, pricing) and coordinate sample dispatches.
  • Monitor competitors’ events, social media, digital and branding activity to support digital communications initiatives.
  • Support organisation of press days and other media events; assist with office procurement, packaging, press gifting and ad‑hoc Comms tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (mandatory); ability to speak Italian is an advantage.
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Fashion GPS and Fashion Monitor; experience with coverage tracking systems (DMR) is beneficial.
  • Available to commit to a 6‑ or 12‑month internship placement (June 2026 start – June 2027 end for the advertised placement).
  • Previous internship experience within a luxury brand or fashion house preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and discretion.
  • Social media literate with an understanding of digital editorial and influencers.

Experience
