Bottega Veneta — PR & Communications Intern (placement) in London. University‑accredited 6–12 month internship in the Press Office reporting to the Communications Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and control samples and stock for the UK market using Fashion GPS; monitor commercial invoices and coordinate receipt of seasonal collections.
- Chase unreturned and end-of-season stock; maintain accurate inventory records and update departmental databases.
- Collate, format and report press clippings (print and online); identify and escalate missing coverage to the Press Officer via DMR.
- Respond to daily press enquiries including image, credit and price requests from UK and franchise publications.
- Support digital monitoring of competitors’ events, social media and brand activities.
- Assist the Communications Officer in organising press days, events and office logistics (stationery, packaging, gifting, printer equipment, flowers).
- Perform additional administrative and communications tasks within defined responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled and accredited student at a recognised university, undertaking the placement as a degree requirement.
- Availability to commit to a 6‑ or 12‑month placement (placement window indicated: June 2026–June 2027).
- Fluent spoken and written English; Italian language skills are a strong advantage.
- Proven efficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Fashion GPS, Fashion Monitor and digital press‑coverage tools (DMR) preferred.
- Previous internship experience within a luxury company is desirable.
