Bottega Veneta seeks PR & Communications Coordinator for Milan office. Fashion PR experience, Launchmetrics, Italian/English fluency required. €30,000 starting salary.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Secure product placements in collaboration with collections team, with emphasis on seasonal campaigns
  • Support product placement and seeding campaigns and contribute to market strategy development
  • Develop strategic decks and internal reports for stakeholder engagement and planning
  • Oversee image requests and credit attribution while managing press release distribution and media communications
  • Manage media clippings and produce internal reporting on market coverage
  • Research print and digital media outlets and monitor industry trends to maintain brand relevance
  • Maintain and update the regional media contact database
  • Build and sustain relationships with target media outlets through regular engagement
  • Coordinate talent dressing opportunities, including fitting coordination and placement documentation
  • Manage sample requests for editorial placements across print, digital, and social channels
  • Support global team initiatives for shows, events, and special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in fashion PR agency or in-house press office
  • Proven expertise in product placement and media relations
  • Strong understanding of fashion industry trends and editorial calendar
  • Proficiency with Launchmetrics platform and Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
  • Experience coordinating fashion shows considered advantageous
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
