Bottega Veneta seeks a PR & Communication Manager — Southern Europe in Milan to lead regional PR strategy, events, media planning and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the PR and communication strategy for Southern Europe, ensuring alignment with global campaigns while tailoring activation to local market moments.
- Plan and execute store openings, brand events and local/regional marketing initiatives to maximise brand visibility and commercial impact.
- Manage media strategy across assigned countries in coordination with local PR teams and the Global Media team, leveraging OOH, print, digital and social media.
- Develop native content and talent/community programmes to amplify brand narratives and generate social media conversation across markets.
- Oversee sample trafficking processes across the region to ensure timely delivery and tracking for editorial and influencer requests.
- Drive cover‑story and editorial strategies to increase ROI and social media engagement.
- Maintain PR and social reporting using Launchmetrics; analyse coverage performance and present insights to regional and global stakeholders.
- Manage PR budgets for the assigned countries and ensure cost‑effective allocation of resources.
- Contribute to the creation and standardisation of regional PR processes, guidelines and internal communications for PR initiatives.
- Act as brand ambassador and primary external contact for key PR stakeholders across Southern Europe.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a fashion PR agency or an in‑house press office, with strong contacts and demonstrable results with Italian and broader European press.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience using Launchmetrics for monitoring and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and to perform in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Proven background in fashion PR — either agency or in‑house — with established relationships across the Italian and European media landscape and demonstrable experience delivering regional PR campaigns.
