Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in daily selling activities and contribute to achieving store targets.
- Deliver high-standard, personalised customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Participate in stock management tasks including receiving, inventory control and replenishment.
- Maintain boutique presentation: organise and refresh floor displays, merchandising and housekeeping of product areas.
- Assist with transactional duties and point-of-sale procedures as required.
Qualifications
- Energetic, outgoing and service-oriented with a polished interpersonal manner.
- Retail experience preferred; experience in luxury or premium retail is an advantage.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and a minimum of four days per week.

Experience
Previous experience in retail is preferred; prior exposure to luxury or high-end boutique environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or luxury retail training is advantageous.
