Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in daily selling activities and client engagement to achieve store targets.
- Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Participate in stock management activities including receiving, replenishing and basic inventory control.
- Maintain floor standards: visual merchandising, product presentation and housekeeping of the sales area.
- Assist with in-store events and VIP visits as required and ensure consistent brand presentation.
Qualifications
- Energetic, outgoing and service-oriented individual with a professional retail demeanour.
- Previous experience in retail, preferably within luxury or premium brands, is preferred.
- Good command of English and Mandarin for customer interactions.
- Flexible availability and able to commit to at least four working days per week.
- Right to work in Hong Kong (ability to work legally in the territory) is expected.

Previous retail sales experience is preferred, ideally within luxury or premium fashion; on-the-floor selling experience and familiarity with inventory routines are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
