Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with point-of-sale transactions and customer engagement
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product consultation to clients
- Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain and organize the sales floor display area and merchandise presentation
- Participate in store operations and contribute to a positive retail environment
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken)
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of four days per week
- Passion for luxury retail and the Bottega Veneta brand aesthetic

Experience
