Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.

  • Collect and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book use.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Maintain updated stock information and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Native language proficiency is advantageous.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.

Skills

Excellent customer service attitude and adaptability to diverse customer types. Proven sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts. Outstanding communication and empathetic skills. Strong commercial results orientation. Effective team player. Ability to multitask and remain flexible. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.

Experience

1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in fashion and luxury retail environments.
