Bottega Veneta Operations Associate in Honolulu, Hawaii—inventory, shipping, and stockroom operations role reporting to Store Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation, ensuring all quantities match records
- Execute routine cycle counts and communicate inventory discrepancies to management
- Maintain stockroom organization by style, color, size, and accessibility standards set by Store Management
- Provide rapid stock checks and merchandise delivery support to sales staff and management
- Package and log outgoing merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Optimize available storage space to ensure efficient boutique operations and merchandise accessibility
- Communicate proactively with the management and sales team regarding new arrivals, replenishment needs, and client returns
- Maintain adequate inventory of packaging and shipping supplies throughout the boutique
- Train new hires on shipping, receiving, and inventory management procedures
- Execute additional tasks and special projects as directed by Store Management
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in complex, high-volume retail stock room operations
- Prior experience with international and domestic freight carriers (FedEx, UPS) preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and Excel
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Physical capability to lift packages up to 20 lbs regularly, climb ladders, and remain mobile/standing for extended periods

Experience
1–2 years of experience preferred in highly complex retail stockroom environments; previous exposure to international and domestic freight companies such as FedEx or UPS is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further retail operations or supply chain training is preferred but not required.
