Bottega Veneta seeks an Operations Assistant in Beverly Hills — support store operations and cash handling. $24–$26/hr hourly rate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized back-of-house, shipping area and stockroom to ensure efficient store operations.
- Process all types of sales transactions, ensure adequate change in the register and keep the cash wrap orderly with up-to-date information (phone lists, passwords).
- Manage non-merchandise supplies including stationery, uniforms, packaging and refreshments.
- Support store maintenance and cleaning operations to meet brand presentation standards.
- Assist with After Sales, Before Sales processes and product returns, including address verifications and verbal credit card authorizations.
- Ensure new merchandise is brought up from stock, labeled and prepared for display.
- Contribute to team objectives set by store management and corporate partners and perform operational functions to maintain brand guidelines.
- Comply with company policies and foster an environment of dignity and respect for all associates.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, leadership potential, high energy and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Maintains a polished, professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability for closing shifts at least three times per week, a minimum of three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, participation in annual inventory and coverage throughout the holiday season.

Previous retail operations or customer-facing experience preferred; typically 1–2 years in a retail or luxury environment supporting store operations, cash handling and merchandising.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
