Bottega Veneta seeks a Northern Europe Client Development Manager in London. Lead CRM strategy, client engagement, and luxury retail development across the region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate CRM data analytics and insights into strategic and tactical proposals to identify and acquire new clientele while developing VIC (Very Important Client) segments
  • Develop local client engagement strategies and plans aligned with global vision while reflecting regional ambitions in collaboration with retail and CRM teams
  • Manage branded client events, including surprise-and-delight experiences for valued clients, and develop retail activations to drive commercial results
  • Collaborate across office functions to integrate client-related initiatives and ensure a unified approach to clients across all distribution channels and consumer touchpoints
  • Leverage extensive local market knowledge to anticipate and address the needs of store teams and local clientele
  • Provide hands-on guidance to retail and store teams in cascading client strategy and translating it into specific engagement and outreach actions both in-store and remotely
  • Lead day-to-day clienteling planning to ensure implementation standards and achievement of concrete KPIs and budgets
  • Build a curated network of external partners—including personal shoppers, concierge services, complementary brands, embassies, hotels, and cultural institutions—to cultivate new client prospects aligned with brand values
  • Host client appointments independently and represent Northern Europe as a Bottega Veneta brand ambassador at in-store and international events
  • Partner with the North Europe Training Manager to develop and launch CRM and clienteling training programmes, coaching CRM Ambassadors and retail colleagues to drive service standards and commercial outcomes
  • Serve as the internal voice of the client and external brand ambassador, championing an authentic customer-centric culture and cultivating brand loyalty across local markets

Qualifications

  • Extensive retail experience including a Store Manager or Store Director role in a high-clienteling flagship environment
  • Strong luxury market knowledge, preferably with UK and DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) regional expertise
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and clienteling methodologies
  • Proven track record of developing and executing client engagement strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage external partner networks
  • Experience in training and coaching retail teams
