Bottega Veneta is seeking a Metal Accessories Operations Intern to support its Metal Accessories team in Montebello Vicentino. The intern will assist with material master data, prototype and sample orders, supplier follow-up, procurement coordination, reporting and production project tracking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare material codes and manage master data in the system.
- Process prototype and sample orders and work orders in line with new collection development.
- Support direct follow-up with assigned suppliers using management systems.
- Work alongside the tutor to liaise with the development and engineering teams, following projects through to production.
- Coordinate with departments outside the office, including administration, warehouse and sample production follow-up, throughout the procurement process.
- Assist with preparing tailored reports and support the manager in tracking production projects overall.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics and/or Management Engineering, or a diploma in accounting and/or technical-economic studies.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of management systems such as AS400 or PLM is preferred.
- Good work-planning skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a dynamic approach.
- Teamwork and problem-solving aptitude.
- Good written and spoken English.

Education
